- A project you can explain in detail: what you built, the trade-offs, and what you would change.

- We tell you the outcome by email. If we make an offer, we explain the next steps.

- Questions about the offer, start date or team.
Every application is reviewed by a member of our team. We do not use automated screening or profiling to make hiring decisions.

We only ask for what we need to assess your application.
Your name, email, CV and whether you can work in Indonesia are required. Everything else is optional, and we never ask for your photo, religion, ID card number or health information. Read this in the notice
We ask for your explicit consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
You tick each consent yourself; nothing is pre-ticked. Joining the talent pool is a separate, optional choice. You can withdraw either at any time with the data request form. Read this in the notice
Your application is deleted automatically after the retention period.
Applications are deleted 12 months after you apply, or 24 months if you join the talent pool. You can ask us to delete yours sooner. Read this in the notice
